"If you're NOT going to be one of those people who will nitpick every flaw of a room or you have some weird aversion to all the quirks of old buildings and minimal updates, this place was great! The bed and towels were clean and that's what I look for. "

"The overall stay was good, but I did notice some things that could be better. The towels smelled a bit weird, almost like burnt and the toilet made an extremely loud sound when flushed. I think it would be best to add safety boxes in the rooms as well, as other reviews have stated they’ve gotten stuff stolen. Nonetheless, people were very kind, and the place was very pretty and comfortable. "

"I stayed on the 4th floor and the noise from the clubs was horrible. I asked the desk for another room, but they said all the rooms were taken. People should be warned that there is quite a bit of noise along 9th street. I was told that the breakfast was 6:30-9:30. But no one told me that the hours were different on Sunday. As a diabetic, I relied on those hours. Your staff was delightful, but there are huge problems with the noise and guests should be told."
