"I was placed a room next to the indoor swimming pool. By 9:45 pm, the swimmers were still shouting and made loud noise. J called the front desk, she promised to calm them down. “By the way, the pool closes at 10:00 anyway.” The noise quiet down at 10:00. The sign on the swimming pool reads pool hours “8 to 9”. I am not a happy camper. Make sure ask a room away from any public place if you have to stay there. "

"The staff was great, and the surrounding area was alright, pretty close to a lot of good restaurants. One lamp was missing a lightbulb—not a big deal. I just switched a lightbulb from another lamp I wasn't using. The room was pretty clean. The only negative is that when I went to use my breakfast voucher, the restaurant door was locked, even though it was supposed to be open. The restaurant's opening time is 6 AM, and I arrived at 6:35 AM; however, a waitress and a patron were inside."
