"Hotel staff great. Afternoon shuttle sucked. We waited over an hour for it to show up at the airport. The airport parking garage cop called the hotel about the shuttle after he saw us standing with our luggage for over an hour and stayed with us to make sure we remained safe! The hotel shuttle driver at 4 am was awesome! Both my husband and I fell in the tub when showering. Not sure what they cleaned it with but it was like an ice skating rink. They do have a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. "
