"Room wasn’t great. two single beds with the worst mattress i’ve ever slept on… think your childhood mattress if you went back to it now. Guy on the desk rang us ten mins before we got there in a huff because he was due back on in the morning (perhaps don’t set check in times so late and let guests find a decent place to stay instead) was friendly other than that and the bathroom was alright."

"We missed the turning as postcode didnt take us to the Bothie direct, but as soon as we saw the Laggan Lock sign right by the bus stop we never missed it. "The room is very nice but heated up overnight and the controls did not seem to work. The bus service was limited so I had to leave on the first bus to ensure I caught my train. I had been staying in Inverness at a nice B and B earlier for the same cost, very nicely presented, near town and I got breakfast so this had far less going for it."
