« Great spacious house with a well stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive to questions about the area, etc. »

« Great location. House was a work in progress. It seemed that the house was not 100%. It was fine for what we needed. We arrived at 11:30pm, out the door to stadium by 11am. Got back home after midnight. It was a nice port in a storm. Minor issues, no hand towels, no toilet paper holder, paint rollers in the refrigerator. It will be nice when completed. »

« hello just wanted to let you know if you had fans for the upstairs windows then we would have to leave the AC on for half the day,See there only on e window in each room so the cool air dosent come in.maybe a 3 speed fan and it has to fit like 24 inch fan big enough to cool the room...wasted alot of electricity with AC on all the time.thanks the fans are cheap in comparison. »

Especially good for large families, or multiple families. « This Mountainside Cabin was everything promised, peaceful, very clean, spacious, plenty of supplies, nice walking trails, near by state land. The host was very responsive and helpful. we will definitely be booking for another visit. »

« The property was in a great location. Not too far from State College. The place had bugs in the window upstairs in the bedroom with the crib and friends told me there were bugs in their rooms. Aside from the bugs we enjoyed the place and would recommend staying here to others »

« House was great! Lots of room...kitchen was nicely appointed...bedrooms are spacious. Can't wait for the theater room to be completed along with the golf simulator! Only gripe was that we confirmed firewood for the firepit, but that wasn't actually supplied. So we ended up buying and ferreting our own. Great house though! »
