"There needs to be more maintenance performed at this hotel. Burned out bulbs, broken switches, etc. are not acceptable. It looks like lots of corners were cut in building and maintenance of the property. It seemed like a budget hotel, IMO. Location is very good, however. Very convenient to many stores, services, and recreational areas. It little better focus on maintenance would make this a winning hotel. "

"It was very peaceful around the property and the scenery behind the hotel was a nice place to have some quiet time, particularly since our visit was in The off season. The breakfast area was neatly organized and staff stayed on top of managing that area. Check in staff was pleasant, but check out staff I detected a little bit of attitude because she had a difficult time comprehending and answering my questions. "It’s more or less clean but the property itself is out dated and poorly maintained. For example, the wall paint color is dingy and outdated and who ever painted didn’t care and it was done so poorly it’s all over the door frames. It looks terrible and makes the entire place feel and look cheap."

"We loved our time spent at the Comfort Suites. We have stayed here previously and knew it was a great location! The maid service checked in each day and offered more towels and room refresh! Which was nice. Complimentary breakfast was a hit as well!!"

"This is in Virgin, slightly outside Springdale. Dining dinner options are very limited in the evening if you are okay with it, everything else is awesome. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will come back."

"Loved this hotel! Our first time here but it won’t be the last! The rooms are clean but pretty basic. The lobby area is why I would come back. It was awesome with kids to be able to go down and play pool or games in the lobby. There is plenty of seating for breakfast and for entertaining in the off times or in the evening. This was huge for us after soccer games so my daughter could play with friends from her team! The water station with the ice machine and water right next to it was amazing...
