"Right from the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with polite words and a clean lobby! Even though it was cold and snowing outside, that didn't stop the front desk from being polite and ensuring that we had everything we needed & notified me I was selected as the "Guest of the Day", which was a very nice touch & unique to this property! Something that other hotels should adopt because it makes guest(s) feel appreciated! There was nothing special about being "Guest of the Day", but...

"I do not like to write reviews like this. The facility overall was shabby, though my room was clean. The restaurant and pool mentioned in the Expedia listing were both closed (for a very long time). I had no clean water in the bathroom sink or tub. The onsite manager was very polite and helpful. "
