"Very homey feel. Clean. Staff was very nice. Only thing is the check in if you come in late. Was confusing with the whole lockbox thing. It was easy to understand once we were got settled in. But if you are coming from far and new to the area their system was confusing. I would definitely stay here again despite the late check in process. "

"My family loved this condo. It had everything we needed to go to the beach (towels, beach chairs, even reef-safe sunblock). We did not use the pool but it looked nice.Loved that it was a short walk to a small mall that had nice restaurants and coffee.Absolutely love the surfboard mosaics. I have a feeling they're one-of-a-kind art pieces by the owner.We would stay again!"

"This property was in an amazing location very near Poipu beach. Worked very well for our family of 14. Access to off-site athletic club with beautiful pool and Cabana Grill. The house is equipped with all the beach gear you need which was so nice. Melissa, Property Manager responded almost immediately when we had a couple of questions."

"The house and grounds are beautiful! The location is awesome; so close to beaches, shopping, and easy to explore the island from. We were really grateful for the beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 boogie boards, sand toys, and ice chests. Everything we needed for our large group! The house had many amenities. Above the stove there were spices, tahin, syrup, etc. The beds were very comfortable. The owner, Paula, is so accommodating! She gives lots of tips via text and answers any questions promptly. "This was the perfect property for our family of 4. It was a very short walk to the beach, had great views of the sunset, and had all of the amenities you need. Plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella, snorkeling gear, and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely recommend!!!"

"It has been 37 years since the last time we stayed at Poipu Kapili, soon after the resort first opened. The resort is still well maintained with beautiful landscaping and a nice swimming pool. This unit has upgraded flooring and stainless appliances. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Although there was an AC in the bedroom and several fans, none were used since opening the bedroom window and the wide lanai door cooled the unit quickly. "I think this may have been the least expensive listing when I was looking so I honestly wasn’t expecting much. However, it was beyond my expectations. I would have been totally fine with something half this size. The complex was quiet and lush; a perfect home base at the end of a day exploring the island. "
