"Very happy. Responsive host. Very well equipped, excellent location, clean and well cared for property. Our only 4 start rating Was because we didn’t realize the game room was garage conversion. The room was very well done and well appointed but not good for kiddo sleeping as there is no hvac in the room hot and noisy- especially with the door closed. It may have been described but we missed it. We would highly recommend and would happily stay again. Thanks for hosting!"

"The property was large and very accommodating and comfortable. There is a master wing with a king sized bed and private bath, and on the other side of the large living area there are the two other bedrooms that share a bathroom. Perfect for our group. Plus two hideaway beds in the couches in the living room. There is a great patio with a large table where we ate dinner many evenings because the weather was so nice. "This was the perfect property for our family of 4. It was a very short walk to the beach, had great views of the sunset, and had all of the amenities you need. Plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella, snorkeling gear, and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely recommend!!!"

"Great place worth 5 star review. The pool is across the street at the club which is a decent walk. Check in is simple, the host responded and resolved the few questions we had immediately. 5 minute walk to the beach is nice with amazing snorkeling close by. We also saw dozens of turtles and 2 monk seals on the beach. Every night we walked to the Sheraton grabbed a few drinks at the bar and watched the sunset. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It came with all the essentials and more. The beach equipment was really nice to have and in good condition. We didn’t do any cooking, but it came with everything one might need to save some money instead of eating out. The bed and furniture were comfortable. Our only complaint would be that the AC was limited to 72 which is fine during the day, but it would have been nice to have it cooler for sleeping. We will recommend this place to our family and friends. "

"Place needs work…a remodel & paint. Bed linens were very worn. Small tv & didn’t have much volume on the audio. Very spacious & loved having a washer/dryer! Floor felt dirty . Great views of sunset from the patio! Was just okay for a short stay. No AC & no king bed."

"This property was in an amazing location very near Poipu beach. Worked very well for our family of 14. Access to off-site athletic club with beautiful pool and Cabana Grill. The house is equipped with all the beach gear you need which was so nice. Melissa, Property Manager responded almost immediately when we had a couple of questions."

"One of the best units I have stayed in at the Prince Kuhio. Very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Very spacious.Please note for some strange reason there are two similar but not synonymous naming systems for the units at the prince kuhio. The unit we rented is right around the corner from another unit with a very similar name. This caused some confusion when we checked in. "
