"The staff was very nice. The hotel looked nice aside from so trash left around from what seemed like quite a few parties happening. Nothing overwhelming, just candy wrappers and noise makers. "This place is always great to stay at when I'm traveling the next day from Cleveland Hopkins. Nearly renovated rooms a great breakfast in the morning. Love the park stay and fly option with the shuttle. Place is very clean and room rates are always affordable even on a weekend night"

"All of the staff and the manager are very helpful and kind. Met our needs with whatever we asked. We like the kitchen-space and the desk / dinette space. Missing a light over the sink, and the office chair was stuck very low that my wife couldn’t use it. But overall a comfortable and safe accommodation, with friendly staff."
