"Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Parking is free. Customer service is good. Great location. Would like them to bring back the breakfast. Was nice they gave granola bars, but unable to eat them."

"They say there is a to-go breakfast offered ,but there is not. Only coffee with packets of sugar and powdered creamer. Very dissapointing. Also hope you get a ground floor room if traveling with luggage cause there are only 2 carts that are always nowhere to be found and only 1 elevator located in the lobby your stuck with lugging everything upstairs otherwise..."

"Staff was nice and attentive. Parking was good, breakfast was fine. The pool is open until 10pm which is an hour too late. Kids having fun in pool past 9pm was a little annoying. Overall a good location and value."

"We stayed at this hotel in March 2025. Staff was friendly and the breakfast offerings were fresh and a little different each day. We were about a 1/2 mile walk, possibly a bit more, from the main touristy areas of Hollywood. We are from Chicago and were ok walking around with our kids, but families from smaller towns or young children may not be comfortable with that due to the homeless and rundown appearance of some properties along Vine. I will mention that none of the people on the street...

"Second time we've stayed here, and both times it's been a great value for our family's visit to Knott's Berry Farm. It's about a 10-minute walk to the front gate of the park. We stayed for 2 days and would walk back to the hotel, get lunch, and relax while the kids played in the pool. Then we headed back for more rides."
