"Overall, the property was nice. Newly built but I hate to admit the cleaning of the rooms were not up to par. Hair all over the bathroom floor & in shower. Finger print marks on head boards and doors. Very visible stains (wouldn’t be appropriate to state what kind of stains they are) on the couch in the room. Rooms definitely need to be cleaned better. "

"We didn’t spend much time at the hotel. We had a family member nearby in the hospital. The big negative for us was that there were no snacks available except for candy. We got in late and the roads were bad due to snow. We arrived a little hungry and there was nothing we could eat in the shop. "

"We spent Christmas as a way to spend time together close to home since I had to work Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas, instead of driving so much. Mary and crew made it feel warm, welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is very close to the airport and highway but still quiet. There are plenty of places to eat and hang out close by, including an old fashioned grocery store across the street. The only suggestion is to make the driveway easier to see from the Main...

"We stopped during a bad snow storm to stay the night. We booked the property that day not expecting to have to stay but due to weather for our safety we stopped for the night. There was lots of snow and parking was ok. During good weather I'm sure there are many more parking spots available and this was no fault of the hotel. The rooms were outdated but clean, bed was not uncomfortable. It was a quick stay and served it's purpose. "

"This was our first time staying here but we liked it. We had the 2 Queen bed suites for NYE. It was surprisingly quiet for NYE and the breakfast the next morning was plentiful and the owner/manager was constantly refilling and cleaning the area. The only issue we had was with the key cards not working. We had to go down to the office every time we left the room because the card wouldn't work. It is so close to King's Island that it will be where we stay in Mason from now on. "
