"This accommodation provided exceptional value and comfort. A perfect example of why not to judge a book by the cover. It looks a bit dated as you approach the hotel. Recently renovated rooms offer tremendous comfort. Beds/pillows are fantastic. Very clean. Breakfast was typical for this type of accomodation and was more than adequate to start your day. Plenty of parking and safe. A short 10 to 15 minute drive to Parliament Hill. Exercise room offered sufficient equipment. Overall, great stay....

"This hotel is quite good at being average. The rooms are clean as is the main areas. Beds are comfortable and rooms are well maintained. The areas of concern are the noise in the hallways, the smells (perhaps from cooking) and overall this is an older hotel that fits in the budget friendly category."

"A good hotel esp for an airport area. It was conveniently located with free parking, lots of restaurants around, staff was very accommodating and even offered coffee/tea 24/7. Breakfast was typical for hotels with various options. Our room was spacious..,bathroom could be a bit more clean but nothing alarming. We’d stay again if we come back to Ottawa. "
