"This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. Which was a nice surprise. Parking was effortless with lots of spaces available. Communication with the owner was easy. One more thing to note- they...

"I wasn't sure what to expect, but I shouldn't have been worried at all. Super cute boutique hotel with EXCELLENT amenities/landscaping. My room was decorated with vintage Tiki prints and linens. Everything was sparkling clean with attention to travelers needs - local insights, pool towels, beach equipment, ice for coolers and more. Harris gave me a quick tour of the property and as a solo, older woman traveler, I felt at home. The pool was so refreshing. Parking was tight, but not an issue....

"This cute little place was perfect for our family of six. Kids slept on the sofa sleeper while the adults took the two bedrooms. Plenty of room and the place was very clean. "Great location on Ali’i Drive. The house was what you would expect for a beach rental. Very well stocked. Note- I didn’t recall reading the property was NOT air conditioned. "This condo was amazing! The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of downtown Kona and easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The condo was big, clean, and had a large lanai with beautiful views of the ocean. Easy to check in and the property manager checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. "
