« Excellent 2-bedroom loft for families! Loved the hammock and bunk beds. Brand-new dishwasher and laundry machines worked perfectly! Several boogie boards available though 2 split in half. Patio couch broken from prior renters. Owner very responsive when I told her about missing bunk mattress and immediately replaced it.Only problem - you need to be able to sleep through quite a lot of different types of noise:On our first night, Saturday, there was a very loud concert going on somewhere...

« I booked this unit based on the photos, the ocean view, and the proximity to the pool and was looking forward to our trip. After traveling from Chicago for 16 hours and arriving at 7pm, we were given an entirely different unit than what I had booked. The blinds were covered in gnats, the bed linens had hairs on them, there was only one bar stool, and I counted 5 light bulbs that were burnt out. Since we had a late check in and security gave us our key, there was no one that I could talk to...

« Everything was so clean the kitchen was well stocked of everything we very very pleased with are stay will definitely stay here again »

« This condo was amazing! The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of downtown Kona and easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The condo was big, clean, and had a large lanai with beautiful views of the ocean. Easy to check in and the property manager checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. »

« We had a fabulous day at this condo. It was roomy and conveniently located. It was super clean with the best equipped kitchen that we’ve had in a long time. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have access to air-conditioning. We wish the table and chairs inside were a little comfier, but the outside chair is more than made up for it. We would happily stay there again. »
