"Hotel is under renovations. The pool is closed, the fire alarm system is deactivated. The gentleman checking us in didn't seem to know how to do things very well. It was a bit worrisome. But our room was clean, well appointed, the breakfast was good. Overall, it turned out fine."

"Had to submit a request twice for maintenance for a constantly running toilet. During our 6 night stay it NEVER got fixed, makig flushing a nightmare. Had to fill tank with pitcher. Had an "accessible" room. The bed was so close to the wall that I would NOT call this room accessible. The tub did have grab bars everywhere and shower seat. The staff was friendly, but failed to submit the maintenance requests for toilet to be fixed. Also noticed roach crawling on the walls on 3 different days. "
