"What was great about Best Western Plus was that it was very spacious compared to other places that we have been to. Did not feel anxious about anything drove in like it was home for us. "I was looking for an affordable stay in the Houston area and this place popped up. I am pleased to say that the property was clean and had all the necessary amnenities. Each day, the cleaning service would enter the room to tidy up and replaced used toileteries. The location was also relatively safe, I had no issue with anyone approaching me or my rental car. "We stayed here for a few days to visit our son-in-law who was having proton therapy at MD Anderson. The hotel is very centrally located to several hospitals. It is close to Herrman park (where you can go to the zoo, ride a train, visit museums). It is walking distance from the Houston Texans stadium. There is a Kroger near by for groceries and gas. Clean and quite. Breakfasts were fine and the staff were all very friendly."

"It was a place to stay. Overall good. My only complaint is at check in I got a room and the key didn't work so went back to office to get fixed and no one at window, so I had waited an hour to get fixed, got new key didn't work, so after all the back and forth I finally was given another room 2 hours after check it time I was finally able to get in a room to go to sleep "
