"Review for Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Antonio Medical-Six Flags Our recent stay at this property was overall clean and comfortable, but several issues with customer service and maintenance made it less than ideal. We used the pull-out bed in our room, only to find it had no sheets. When we finally received them from the front desk, we also noticed that the mattress had many dark, soiled spots, which was concerning. "The property and facility was clean, good breakfast, clean, plenty food. Good folks who work there, accomadating, mannerly, helpful, and kind. We really felt the mattresses were kinda uncomfortable, but one could say this about any mattress that ur not used to. Was a good stay for the most part. "

"Pleasantly surprised. This La Quinta has recently updated rooms that have been repainted. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The fridge, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, and microwave were useful. Breakfast was minimal but I had no complaints. For the price this worked out great. You might need to request daily service. That’s not a given. In 4 days, housekeeping never came by on their own. Otherwise, pretty solid experience. "

"The only thing wrong with this hotel is that they have a sign at the front desk stating free breakfast & times. However, no breakfast was provided. They should remove that announcement."
