« I chose this hotel for the indoor pool, the pool temperature was incredibly cold, too cold to get in. Asked the front desk what the temperature was and they did not know nor did they care and said the temperature could not be increased, nobody was in the pool all weekend. I would have chosen a cheaper place without a pool if I knew in advance the pool was too cold to get in. »
