"Room was not ready when I checked in but the woman at the front counter was very apologetic about that. I understood and was told my room would be ready in an hour. That wasn't a big deal. Room was fairly clean. I had my two dogs with me and they found a couple of things probably underneath the bed but they aredogs and they snoop! The bed was comfortable The room was spacious. The area I felt safe in. Parking lot was well lit. Check out was easy. "

"The hotel is beautiful, loved almost everything! What I didn’t like: The flashing light on the fire alarm was making me nauseous, I tried to hide from it but it illuminated the whole room. I would stay again but that would definitely have to be addressed "

"Arrived and was greeted, promptly checked in, gived very clear directions on where the room was, when the shuttle to the casino left and when the excellent breakfast was."

"The Staff was very nice and friendly. The room and everything in it appeared clean and well kept.. Bed was comfortable, lots of Hot Water for Shower. We did not have anything there for breakfast as we had other plans, but Breakfast that was served looked very good, Just a few heavy footsteps overhead from floor above our room but other than that we were very pleased with everything and would not hesitate to stay there again."

"The parking lot could have has salt or sand put down as it snowed overnight and there was a layer of ice below the fallen snow an my husband fell and was a lot hurt really bad."
