"The room was very clean and comfortable. However at check in the computer was down and I was unable to obtain a key. By the time I returned to the hotel the key was still available. Also I was charged and incidental fee tht no one else in the group was charged. I asked for an explanation of it and the attendant could not give me one. The hotel itself was very comfortable."

"Our stay at this Holiday Inn was excellent. My wife and I stayed at this Holiday Inn for 15 days. The staff, especially Manager Muhammad, John, and a lady at the front desk (whose name might be Yaneque) were very friendly and made every effort to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. "My partner and I were driving home from a trip further North when a snow storm and many accidents were ahead. We decided last minute to find a place to stay and came across this Best Western. The reservation was seamless, we got a room immediately after booking online only 5 minutes before, and the room was perfectly comfortable. Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, and we were able to rest the way we needed to before getting back on the road in the morning. Thank you!"
