"Wonderful bilingual staff, switched our room to allow us to have working outlets at the bedside. Older property had non-working outlets and usb outlets in two different rooms. Busy budget hotel, many guests here for the cruise lines. The staff kept up with the extremely busy breakfast to keep food and coffee full. Very conscientious kitchen staff. More tables and seating options are needed, maybe extending the area into the lobby. "

"We were delighted to find this hotel. Its location is excellent. We took the 747 bus from the airport easily to within minutes of walking to the hotel. The Bell Centre was near by as well as shopping, many restaurants, Chinatown, arts centre etc. The hotel lobby is beautiful with a large koi pond. The rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable although not exceptional. The best part was the service at the front desk. So helpful and eager to make our visit the best it could be. All the...

"Overall the space of the room was amazing. Plenty of room to move around with a family of four. The only down side is that the beds were too small for 2 people to fit comfortabley, even though I did put 4 people would be sleeping in the same room. And the tub pipe did not close all the way so there was constant leak. Everything else was great. They also had 24hr coffee which I live for. "
