"The room is clean and presentable, but had several small easily fixed flaws. The door had a bit of paint that looked like blood on it. The bathroom had one mirror light out, and the thermostat in the room seemed to have a dying battery. Everything else about the experience was pretty good."

"Excellent property! I loved the vibe and the theme of the hotel. It reminded me of being at coffee shop in San Francisco. We were greeted by Anthony at the front desk & all the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the "bunker" room with a nice view on the 7th floor, overlooking the COSI museum. "Facility as a whole clean and beautiful and our norner unit was very spacious, many windows. Kitchen, dishwasher, closet, nice refrigerator, even safe box was there. Will come back for longer stay! "

"It was good for us to stay here for our conference at the Hyatt. Beds were comfortable. Tv and WiFi were good. The room had a microwave and refrigerator, walkable although we took an uber to the Hyatt in the rain. Staff was very helpful. Request room cleaning if you stay for several days. "
