« I don't understand the average review rate... My room was strongly smelling cigarette even if it is supposed to be non-smoking room and it was not that clean. At the breakfast there were no more eggs and regular coffee. The only employee I saw seemed too busy to take care of all these details. The AC was so so. I understand it's under renovations but they don't even seem to try to make up for that. On the positive side it was quiet until about 7:30 when the construction workers started. ...

« I wish I got the managers name but she was amazing. I did two bookings to stay for my mother’s funeral. I was not thinking clearly and did two separate bookings. I booked a double bed the first night and single the second night. So I didn’t have to worry about checking out and checking back in around my mother’s funeral the manager made sure we could stay in the same room all weekend. I really appreciate her making a hard time easier. »

I asked questions around the extra charge for a room with the jet tub . No response. I suggested they update the online site andI was dismissed back to the remodeling situation.
