"Greeted by friendly owner when we arrived who gave us the key to our room. My kids and I stayed here during a trip to Wellsville in the summer. We wanted air conditioning for a night and a tv to watch with children’s shows. We found Simpsons on FX and PBS Kids before bedtime were great! "My daughter, son, and I stayed for 4 nights while we were visiting the area for hunting. The place was plenty large enough, clean, warm, and nicely furnished. The kids and I also enjoyed the large selection of board games. We look forward to staying here again in the future. "

"The Rich Valley Estate is a huge beautiful home on 338 acres. As an avid hiker this was perfect to be able to have peace and serenity for a long weekend away. "We have never stayed in a rental that was better stocked. We were able to host a large holiday meal comfortably and had everything we needed, plus some. The space was spotless and organized, instructions were clear. Beds were comfortable. We would love to stay here again! One helpful hint would be to screen shot the door code before arriving, in case of spotty cell service. "

"This is a true mountain cabin quiet and relaxing close to many class A trout streams along with breathtaking overlooks and vistas! The kids had a blast at the stocked pond on the property! "I am really happy that out of all the places I looked at for our last motorcycle get away weekend I choose this rental. It reminded me so much of my childhood and the home and area I grew up in. "Overall, very happy with our stay here - Wife and I spent three nights with our elementary school aged boys. Cabin was clean, comfortable, well cared for, and nicely appointed. Cozy atmosphere for sure. Well kept grounds - boys enjoyed playing outside in the field and down by the stream, as well as by the fire pit at night. Host was very responsive to any questions. We will certainly stay here again next time our travels take us to this area of the state. "

"This is such a cute and cozy place! Exceptionally clean. They provide all the essentials.. I highly recommend it! Very close proximity to Cherry Springs State Park and not very far from the PA Grand Canyon. Was an amazing stay overall. So happy I chose this place!"
