"The lobby felt cozy and welcoming. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping was terrific. It was a bit noisy after hours. Other guests were heard through the walls or vents. That would be my only complaint. Hotel was clean and comfortable. "

"Room was clean and a good size, staff were friendly. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Overall it was a good value for the price paid, however it should be noted that the clientele at this place is a bit mixed. Most were regular travellers, but there were a number of folks - presumably locals - who were clearly dealing with some mental health / emotional / substance use issues. I never felt unsafe, but it's worth noting if you're travelling with kids. "

"This was actually an added day to a two night stay. We were staying there during an overnight stay at Swedish Medical Center. The hospital is about six miles east of the hotel but easy to travel between the two. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We initially asked for a late departure while we waited for roads to clear after a big snow storm. The hotel quickly cleared the foot of snow from the sidewalks and approved a late departure. That changed to another night as we spent another day...

"Booked room with jet tub, no plug for tub, could not use it, nothing for breakfast, room very dated, a lot of noise outdoors, area felt very unsafe. Would not recommend property "

"The hotel was perfect for me to visit my son at CU Boulder. The room was comfortable. The common space in the lobby was spectacular. There were lounges everywhere! Perfect to have have a meal, do work, or just meet up. I was very pleased."
