"My stay was great! And the guy at the front desk was amazing! We were leaving at 430am and the guy at the desk heard my son talking about breakfast and had breakfast out for him when we left even though it was so early. That was so nice of him and above and beyond. It really made my sons day starting off at 430am with a waffle and muffins and juice. Thanks for a great stay and thanks for the great staff as well!"

"Kane Manor is an awesome experience. The manor itself is a historical gem. It manages to be vast and interesting while also feeling cozy and comfortable. Set in the Allegheny mountains, beautiful landscapes abound. The owners and staff were welcoming and nice. The breakfast was very good. Very laid back atmosphere, as if you’re coming home. The extra snacks and kitchen access are appreciated. Only slight negative thing is that the mattress could have been better. A little hard and bouncy but...

"This place is absolutely stunning! I have never been in a rental that has been so beautifully decorated and so well stocked. Everything was thought of, from the fire pit for chilly nights, to games for entertainment, to a heated bathroom floor, to brochures on the areas attractions. We went for our mini honeymoon and i didnt want to leave! "

"Amy and her husband were amazing hosts . Their place is s gem located at the foot of Kinzua Dam. The furnishings were outstanding - the radiant floor heat kept us toasty warm. There is an outdoor fire pit that will be great to use . It was so clean and cozy. The living room space with the huge TV provide a great place for family movie time . You will not be disappointed if you stay here - we will be back! My hubby waves to build one now!! "

"We had such a wonderful time staying at Patchen Hill Farm! The old-fashioned house and decor were like stepping back into a different time. The property was absolutely beautiful. We had a lot of fun exploring the property and identifying many of the trees on the farm. If you want to disconnect and relax for a weekend (or longer) this is a great place! "

Then, the hotel was a standard budget hotel--nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable with a decent breakfast. This trip we found that the hotel was considerably run down. The manor is conveniently located in Kane, PA where you have access to downtown restaurants and stores in case you forgot something. Beautiful drive into the mountains to get there. I noticed that the owners seem to space out the guests when possible as there were other people staying but none down our hallway. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. Thank you for not just a place to sleep but for making us feel like we were being welcomed home. "
