"I love staying in this hotel anytime I come to Pittsburgh. It’s affordable and the rooms are great and the staff is fantastic. They’re always friendly and help you with whatever you need. I was originally on a higher floor and the highway traffic noise was ridiculously loud. It sounded like a window was open and I was on the highway at night time. It was awful. The next day the front desk staff had no problem changing me to a room on a lower floor and the noise was much better, a whole lot...

"Was very clean and nice no real issues except the sheets were so full of static we were being shocked all night and even experienced electric static where the friction between the sheets and our bodies created light. My kids were pretty freaked out but finally fell asleep."
