"The hotel is centrally located, however the address listed on Expedia is incorrect. The first room with two beds we stayed wasn’t great and the bathroom had issues. We were charged for a room although we called ahead of time to advise the hotel we would return in a day and to keep our remaining luggage in the lobby. "Staff were unattentive ,need training for service protocol, had to literally get up for everything, never asked us if we needed anything,i.e food drinks,tried to book a ferry to bohol and they waited to long for response,,ended up not getting on ,i had to pay more to go to next port,,they in turn said it was the ports fault!!! If you are a lite sleeper bring ear plugs,lots and lots of dogs barking all nite,still enjoyed our stay,nice room ,nice ocean side hotel"

"A couple of little things people should be aware of: - access to the resort is via an old dirt road, not ideal to walk on especially at night. They have a service to drive you out (but not back) - the bed had plastic on the hard mattress (very noisy & not nice to sleep on) Overall it is a Beautiful resort. The room was very palatial & luxurious and staff super friendly & helpful. The pool is fantastic & heated. So happy they are very Gay friendly too! "
