"When I checked in, the woman at reception (who was very nice) said that she would arrange a taxi to take me to the airport at 5:00am. Unfortunately, she didn't do that. The cab arrived at 5:30pm after they were called twice by the staff on the morning shift. That was very frustrating. "

"The front desk staff that checked me in was friendly and courteous and very polite and helpful! I liked that there was a Denny’s restaurant right by the hotel that you could walk to I went to the outside pool at 8:00 PM as the sign that was on the door entering the pool said that the pool was closed at 10:00 PM, while I was in the pool a guy in a uniform came to the entrance of the pool but did not open the door of the pool! He had something in his hand and it seemed that he scanned the entrance...
