« Nice, clean newer hotel at The Highlands. My only gripes were no USB charger outlets anywhere in the room, and the heater sounded like a thunderstorm (lots of howling wind and rain pelting the windows). »

« The distance to travel to & from the festival was great. I think it may have taken 20-25 minutes & that's because we're not from the area. The convince of the location of the room from the elevator was nice. We did however have a froot loop cereal& a butter knife on the floor and a small.smear stain on one of the pillowcases. »

« Everything was nice and clean and staff was friedly and helpful. The smoke if the cigarettes was very noticeable in the hallway. I could mainly smell the smoke when I turned the bathroom fan on. The staff did offer to switch rooms if need be. »

« Because they accept pets, they should have certain rooms designated for guests with pets. The first room they gave me, smell of dog urine. I requested a different room and they were polite, and promptly gave me a different room which was cleaner, the furniture was less worn, and did not smell. Need to upgrade the pillows. Coffee bar was stocked and pleasant. Overall, if you are looking for a decent place to sleep, at a low amount. This is it. Staff were very pleasant !! »
