"It literally took 10-15 minutes for the water to warm up to take a shower. Front office staff were nice and the maids did a good job. "

"I enjoyed the mountain view and friendly staff. We arrived early morning and found our tv screen was busted and phone didn't work. They moved us to another room that smelled like an old smoker's room. Hot tub was broke with old water still standingbin it. Staff was very kind. You can tell they were fixing up the hotel. Shower and bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast was average. "

"The place is a bit no frills but with thought anf comfort. I love the staff, the cleanliness, the size of the rooms and the amenities. Breakfast is simple and satisfying. I would stay at this location each time I come to Colorado Springs. The price is right! "
