"It is very old. Bathroom tile has been cracking and mold. I did not check when i booked a room as a smoking room so it had a very bad smell and could not sleep good because of the smell of smells. all my clothes smell like tabaco. I can not believe still people needs smoking room. No one smoke inside anymore in USA."

"We paid $270 per night for this hotel. We were given the only room on the entrance floor of the hotel. So all we could hear was everyone coming in and out of the hotel, the lockers being opened up to place ones shoes in in the foyer, the cars on the road (our window was on the street). "Nice and big space for chilling out. Has a nice bath tub separate from bathroom. Free "medical soap" to relieve fatigue given as part of the bath tub experience. I chose the Japanese traditional room and the room is spacious. But the room got cold at night. Air con (warmer) was not strong enough. "

"The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who tended to us last night. He was very patient and especially helpful to our multiple queries and tried his best to help. We were very grateful for his sincerity in wanting to help.
