"I was shocked and very impressed with the desk clerk. I wish I would have got her name. She was so nice, from the moment I was greeted at the desk. I have had many bad runs with desk staff that don't put their phone down to make eye contact or actually hear what your saying because in less the 2 minutes they will ask you the question you just answered. Bravo to her manager, I would have her teach your other clerks the right way to treat guests."
