« Beautiful home in a great location, short walks to the bluff and the community center. Well equipped kitchen and beautiful views from the main floor. I think it’s important to note that the office does not have a door, there were three of us and that was to be the 3rd bedroom with a futon but lacks privacy and did not block noise. Based on the listing I thought it was a proper enclosed space.. The host company was very responsive when we needed the hot tub cleaned. »

Location was amazing - the Bluff Trail that leads to spectacular ocean views is literally right behind the house and it was a real treat to be able to go running along this trail every morning. Only negative was the heating element was nonfunctional in the hot tub - kids were disappointed. But management was quick to assess and offered us a refund for the inconvenience. « This was our fourth rental at Sea Ranch and our first right on the coast. The stormy waves were LOUD, but we really enjoyed this different and up-close vantage on the sea. The house is spacious and spectacular, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We hope to come back! »

« Four buddies rented Sixpence for three nights for a get-away from the Bay Area. The home was very comfortable during some windy and stormy days and nights. I think the fireplace was on non-stop. We got out to hike whenever we could so the location was perfect for accessing the Bluff Trail. Very quiet and the home is well appointed and happily not too much clutter. Sleek and clean. Already considering going back. »

« This place is the best. The sunken living room and built ins make for an extremely cozy hanging-out area, and the fireplace is incredible for nights and cold times. The highlight of the place is the view, you can see the ocean super clearly and the sun sets right between the trees flanking the two sides of the creek. Incredible place!
