"The staff were very friendly and helpful 10/10 customer service. The property is walking distance from Times Square and was very convenient. The room is in okay condition. However the toilet gave us trouble every single day of the trip and we had to keep calling reception to send the handy man to unclog it. However the receptionist gave us a discount for the trouble. The room was also very hot, I would recommend leaving the windows open. Overall a great stay. "

"Honest review... Yes, we saw a cockroach in the shower (a small one) the first night when we turned on the bathroom light. They went back into the drain as soon as the light was turned on, so keep the light on (they don't like the light). The staff were nice. Two of the three elevators were working. The room was okay; it was clean but definitely needs some renovation. But overall, I would certainly book this hotel again, even with the cockroach, because of the location. It was wonderful to...
