"This is such a wonderful place to stay. We had a room with an incredible view of a canal, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We will absolutely return if we get the opportunity, this was our favorite hotel while traveling through Italy."

"A lovely 4-night stay at this hotel. We didn’t have any problems with the key codes for the building and the room as they were sent through to us in advance. The room we had was large, comfortable and freshened up daily. The location is great - close to the train station and near lots of great shops, restaurants and cafes. "We chose this location because we wanted to avoid the overpriced hotels & the insanely crowded Venice. The 6L bus stops in front of the hotel every 20 minutes and ends in Venice. Staff was helpful & friendly. Room wasn’t fancy but quiet and pretty clean. We paid a little more for a bathroom in the room. AC worked great and the shower ran plenty of hot water "

"Perfect location. Near many of the points of interest and the water bus. One negative was the tv which had probably 200 channels and all were in Italian. We certainly didn't travel to Venice to watch tv it is nice to have something to watch in bed at night. We are English speakers but they have nothing in French, German etc. Other than that it's a nice place "

"This is not a Hotel, this is a hoStel. The facilities were incompatible for a family with a baby. There was no one to give information or do the check-in. The phone was incorrect on Expedia. We took a long and valuable time trying to contact someone. We had to book another property (a real hotel) on the last minute. We asked for the cancellation of the hoStel booking and to be refunded.
