"Wasn't aware that dinner along with breakfast was included. Very hospitable and enjoyable stay, despite having to head for the lower level due to two tornado warnings. The staff handled all very professionally. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had an excellent stay and I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cleanliness of the room. Overall, it was clean but the bathroom had the previous occupant’s hairs. When I called to alert housekeeping of it, they were sympathetic and came to clean but somehow still didn’t clean the bathroom. In the end, I had to look at the other person’s hairs on the shower wall every time I used it. Other than that, the place was amazing. "

"Beautiful location! Upscale and modern. Staff was great, however, I didnt get my towels after I asked several times. Also, no room service. Valet takes forever to get your car, but other than that my stay was amazing!"

"Free parking was a big plus, and so is the shuttle that drops you off close to printers alley and a couple blocks from broadway, the only bad thing is it only runs until 8:30 pm… hotel is clean, front desk employees are so nice. Free breakfast would’ve been good, and they only ever have one elevator that works. "

"The property was decent. The $38 per day parking fee was ridiculous but that’s now Nashville. You can barely park anywhere without taking out a second mortgage. Several homeless individuals hung out at the fence line patio where we were taking a break and enjoying a drink. One was threatening and loud while the other asked for money of course. Then again, it’s near downtown Nashville so I’m not sure how that could be controlled."
