"The staff were very helpful, respectful, friendly and detail attentive. They were always providing the first rate service - just everyone! I am very much impressed by their eager to meet the needs of the guests. I’d like to mention Nilo in particular. When we were checking out, there was a small issue. He was so patient and helpful. He went extra ways to help, always smiling! The facility is a bit old, with places showing some wear and tear (for example, the carpets may not be the cleanest)....

"Excellent location, can't ask for a better location in Shanghai. Room is comfortable, food in the restaurant is great, but a bit pricy. However, you can always find other great choices on the street, as there are plenty of great restaurants nearby."

"Sunworld Dynasty Hotel Beijing is a great option - NOT to be confused with Sunworld Hotel (which is just next door, don’t do what we did and try to check in there if you’ve booked at Sunworld Dynasty) The staff, especially the doorman and bell hop were really friendly and always happy to help.
