"We have stayed at other much more expensive hotels in the Inner Harbor area. We found that the Sonesta was not just more reasonable but more comfortable and friendlier than the others. We decided to extend our stay and we will stay here again in the future. "

"The elevator was under repairs. When the driver, that picked us up at the airport, notice that I have a disability, he inmediately call the front desk an was able to got me a room on the first floor. Without me asking, prior to get into the hotel. God bless him."

"We were on the 10th floor, many elevators were assessable and easy to use. Very big and clean facility I would recommend this!"

"OVer all the stay was very nice. The web site was a bit confusing. It took me a long time to find a number I could use to call the front desk. the web site was not clear on the hours of the airport suttle with BWI. I think it would be adventagious to support the house keepers to learn English. It would show your interest in keeping them around. "

"I had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The staff were friendly and property was super clean. I didnt like the seat cushions in the common area in dining room. I think they should be changed out or covered just looked ran down."

"Overall, 7.8/10. No vending machines on any floor and the refrigerator in the lobby didnt have much left to choose from besides soda an iced- t. The foot stool under the night stand had a fresh stain on it so I figured house keeping overlooked it. And also the television was nice and big but all the channels were not HD and blurry. Bed was really comfy and bathroom was nice as well. "
