"Beautiful property - great view and rooms are spacious "

"In the historic district which is what we wanted. "

"Adjoining rooms not soundproofed. Three elevators, two were not operational for three days. Sort of ridiculous for a hotel of this size. "

"I didn’t like the fact that we had to pay to park in your parking lot . We are guests and I can understand charging non guests but not people who stay there . The vouchers for drinks was nice , however I asked for a Bloody Mary since that is a mixer drink but they refused to place anything else in it . "

"Easy in and out parking. Front desk staff were great. Make sure you stop at the Concierge, she will get you started in the right direction for having fun. Hotel bests the Hiltons we have stayed in Charlotte and Charleston. Would recommend "

"Liked staff very nice. did not like being on a floor with students there for a basketball tournament. Running up and down hall at 10.00pm and 1:30pm. Otherwise our stay would have bee great. Also have not received my bill, receipt."

"Palmera Inn had everything my family and I needed. Having a full kitchen was a bonus! The Loft unit is perfect with a living area and bathroom on main level and a bedroom with additional bathroom upstairs. It was perfect! "

"Comfortable hotel with a great location. The daily $38 'resort fee' surprised us a checkout however. At check-in I heard words like 'complimentary' and 'discount tours' as part of the stay ... but it turns out those complimentary things were all tied to the fee."
