"The staff truly make this place wonderful. Excellent customer service that’s friendly and inviting. The late night receptionists are top tier and the housekeeping & kitchen staff will go above and beyond for patrons. The only complaint I have is about the lack of microwaves in the rooms. That was super inconvenient. The staff definitely make up for this though. "

"The front desk was SOOOOO polite and helpful! My name is Charlotte and we had the one thing in common. His beloved wife he lost had the same name, as well as his daughter. He was VERY HOSPITABLE! I TRUTHFULLY have never been to any property as nice as he was. Offered me water and coffee. Filled me in on the amenities as well! This man should be part of management if he is not. The check out girl was sweet as well! Thanks for everything! Happy New Year to you all! "
