"Great location with very helpful staff. Clean and great rooms."

"Was a great place to stay!
Super close to the water, but a bit of a walk from the water taxi.
We got a view of the canal, but it was a side view. We got the room that’s separated from the main hotel, but we actually liked it better because it was more secure and the rooms were bigger.
Had good AC, but the drain was a bit clogged after showers, but eventually cleared."

"Perfect spot in Venice. You can easily access the taxi boat through their own pier and conveniently travel by boat with a nearby stop. Additionally, it is not overcrowded and only a 10-minute distance from all important areas. Love it."

"When I asked the hotel how to find it from the water taxi, the instructions started with "walk through the clock tower"...and that's where the fairy tale began. This hotel is tucked away in the gorgeous alleys behind Santo Marco. The setting is stunning, and the customer service at this hotel is top notch. As soon as we stepped inside a valet whisked away our bags, they recommended excellent restaurants steps away, and offered a complimentary private boat tour to Murano (DO THIS!). They remembered us by face every time we stopped to grab our room key. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. They also arranged for a private water taxi back to the train station (this might be the best $50 I ever spent...so much better than tackling the public water taxi with heavy luggage as we did on the way there). 10/10 across the board!"
"Perfectly located near the center of everything. Close walking distance to the water taxis, St Mark’s Square, and of course shopping! Staff was very polite and extremely helpful with suggestions. They even assisted with a day trip to Murano. "
"Impressive Venice style and design. Front desk service great! Breakfast convenient and inviting. Location is convenient to transportation, shopping and restaurant. Highly recommended!!"
