We came in and ask for check in early but the whole internet was down so we just waited in lobby and the lady that was at the breakfast area was fantastic and had awesome customer service. The front desk was also amazing.

There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling near the fan that dropped a lot of water onto the counter. We called the front desk, but the guy who came to look at it couldn’t fix it and they didn’t offer to change rooms. The window shade didn’t go all the way down, which allowed the light from the outside pool area to shine in all night long. No free breakfast, just overpriced food you could order. I expected more from a Holiday Inn, especially for the price of $175 for one night. Very disappointing

Room rather small but good for one or two nights - fortunately we only needed one night as a pit stop after a long flight. Bed and pillows fabulous. Slept really well even though jet lagged. Only saw checkin staff who were great.

We went there to attend the Tampa Bay Rays game. It would be nice if your hotel had a shuttle to take me and my husband to the ball park. I had to end up paying $30.00 dollars for parking because it was just too far for me and my husband to walk. We are in our 70’s.

My daughter and I stayed at the Holiday Inn for 2 nights when we went to visit Stetson Law school. The hotel was just 10 minutes from law school. The staff was friendly, hotel and lobby were very clean as was our room. Beds were comfortable. Furnishings were fine. Room was quite spacious with mini fridge and microwave. We did not use the bar/ breakfast area nor any of the amenities. Hotel met our needs and was a good price compared to other hotels in the area. We took Uber to downtown St Pete's for dinner and drinks one night and the next night we got Uber to downtown Gulfport. It was a 10-15 minute drive and $12-15 each way. Loved both areas. Lots of fun. When I visit my daughter at Stetson, I'd stay here again. It's conveniently centrally located to downtown St. Pete, St Pete's beach and Gulfport.

Although the hotel had a pool, towels were not available. Shortage of room towels. Breakfast staff limited and took a long time to cook meal, negatively affecting ability to sightsee. The surrounding area is depressed, and did not feel safe walking around outside of hotel. Cost was high for such a property. Asked front desk for recommendations for lunch and only supplied one place.

In town one night for the Skyway 10k run. Asked for a quiet room and got one. Did not use any of the facilities. No complaints about my stay. Quick 8 min drive to race start at Tropicana Stadium. A lot cheaper than what the downtown hotels were charging.

Last-Minute booking did not disappoint
This was a last-minute booking since we had to cancel our AirBnB due to poor conditions. The front desk was quick and efficient. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The front desk was super-friendly in the morning, and willing to hold our luggage while we visited our daughter at Eckerd College. We will definitely stay here again!

Hotel moved my reservation that I made months in advance and did not tell me. Then refused to would not give me a refund at first. It ruined my trip and I had to find another place to stay at the last minute

Poor housekeeping
We only had one towel in the bathroom, no washclothes, the soap dispenser was broken, and the phone to call down to the front desk did not work. They also claimed to have dinner and breakfast which we did not see. Granted this was just a couples night but I would not stay again.

The housekeeping started banging on doors and yelling 3 hours prior to checkout time. Breakfast was cleaned up 20 minutes prior to confirmed end time. The inconvenience completely derailed my family’s day. We were told Breakfast was served until 10am, and I confirmed that time. We came downstairs at 9:40 and it was cleaned up and they refused to serve us.

1.The staff was racism. 2. We booked two rooms, and we found a baby cockroach on the bed at 9 pm and 3 pm. My friends asked to change to another room. The front desk staff gave us hard times and wanted to charge fee as a third room. In the morning, when we were checking out, they wanted to charge fee. After we told everything to the morning staff, a white man, he was like a leader giving pressure to the lady (who was the night staff) in order to let go the incidence. 3. They even did not have business card, and said they are a new property. No professional. 4. You need to pay for breakfast. No breakfast included.

Staff was super kind and attentive, no problems there at all. However my room must not have had clean ventilation because it caused me to be stuffy and sneezing constantly throughout my stay. However when I would leave the hotel room, no sneezing occurred. But after being in that environment for multiple days I am now extremely congested. I had a 6am flight and could not sleep until 2am because my nose was so stuffed up. This alone made this the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced.
