« This was the perfect place for a quick family holiday to the beach. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a home away from home. Within a 5 minute walk you are on the beach or at the few restaurants that sandbanks has to offer. Would recommend a stay here to anyone. »

« Property had all you would expect and was spacious and comfortable. Only quibble was mould at tap end of bath, so just a little action with a spray would rectify that. Would definitely stay in this apartment again. I have very high standards in what I expect in a top quality home from home and the apartment meets them. Well done »

« The owner was incredibly helpful and we valued his knowledge of the surrounding area/facilities-he was also available if required. Great to have parking and a short walk to Sandbanks beach and Ferry to Shell Island-glorious!! Our dog was in heaven!! Spacious property with everything we needed. I could have lived there forever! Highly recommend this property for an excellent base to explore Bournemouth and Poole-we had a truly perfect holiday even though the weather was...VERY British!! »

« The location is right over the road from one of the beaches of Sandbanks, but a part of it that’s not near the busy tourist bit so it’s nice and relaxed. The apartment was easy to check into, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The host has been very efficient at communication and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back! »

« We spent 2 days in Heaven..... Oooops in The Haven! and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff is very kind. I would like to thank especially Gulsah and Ana, who were very helpful and the cleaning people who do a remarkable job. The hotel has a breahtaking view over Studland. We enjoyed swimming both in the outdoor pool and in the sea. I wish we could have stayed longer. THANK YOU! »

"I was having breakfast and A staff member wouldn’t let me leave the restaurant before I paid when you usually pay at checkout. She chased me as I was leaving the restaurant and made me feel like a thieve. On top of that, the staff at the reception made my wife pay a second time for the same breakfast! Then we had to go back and forth to prove that we had already paid and obtain a refund! Outrageous!"
