« The situation is perfect for a beach vacation. The unit was very clean. Towels where perfect. The mattress on the sofa bed was bad, so was the sofa and there where not enough plates & utensils. Otherwise we spend a nice 48 hours....not sure I rent for a whole week. »

« Maison très accueillante, meublée avec goût, avec beaucoup de commodités: laveuse, sécheuse et lave-vaisselle. Les deux salles de bain complètes, très pratique pour notre groupe de huit. La maison offre beaucoup d'espace pour chacun. Nous pouvons nous rendre à la plage à pied en 15-20 minutes (selon notre âge!!!). « My family‘s first trip to old Orchard Beach and I would have to say this was a perfect location. The cottage Was clean, private, and family friendly. It was a short walk to the pier. The process was quite easy, and the owners were Easily reachable and friendly. »

« It showed a picture of a picnic table and grill in the back. What it doesn't show is there is no room back there. The property needs to be cleaned up. All in all it was a place to stay for 1 night. Very cramped but we managed. »

« Points positifs: propreté des lieux, emplacement parfait car à 10 minutes de la plage à pieds, quartier calme et sécuritaire. Points négatifs: on y annonce 6 lits mais dans les faits, on peut considérer qu’il y en a seulement 4. Le sofa- lit est très inconfortable et le 3 ère lit ajouter sur la mezzanine est tellement petit que personne ne pourrait y dormir. « Very lovely place. It wasn't cleaned to our desires, but the management company was fabulous in taking care of it. We had a great time, nice walk to the beach for exercise. We would stay again. »

« Wonderful location, friendly neighbors, and 5 glorious beach days. Each of the five people and our golden retriever loved the visit. The front and back porches added a lot to variety of comfortable settings. We could have used some more guidance on proposer use of the grill and dryer. Wonderfuk to have towels and linen provided and fresh beds made for us upon arrival. Property manger a delight to communicate with. Parking of second car on nearby street easy. »
