We had great difficulty finding the front of the hotel-even encountered other cars lost as well. We rang and were advised not to use Google maps as it misdirects. Use the Map app. We eventually arrived to discover this is common. Better signage would help.
We were given vouchers for happy hour and a discount at the dining room-but later found a private function meant no food service was available. The terrace option was closed for renovations. Again, had we known we would have eaten down in the town.
