Older hotel, very loud train directly behind the property, broken fixtures in the bathroom and smells like smoke/weed in the hallways. Restaurant was good, but we would not stay there again.

Upon our arrival, we waited in line to check in for about 30 minutes as they only had one person to help all of the people there. When we got to our room, the beds didn’t have any bedding on them and we had no towel. I went to the front desk to ask if they could finish cleaning the room and waited for another 20 minutes before I could t wait any longer as I had to get ready for a wedding that we were in town for. When I got back to the room, someone knocked on the door and asked why we were in there. After I explained that this is our room for the night, he proceeded to come in the room while we were in there to finish cleaning it. Upon check out, I complained about this entire situation and the person at the front desk told me that there was nothing she could do because my room was prepaid. She told me she would get her manger to call me. That was on Sunday, it is now Friday and I haven’t heard anything.

Won’t stay there again. Room was not clean, stain on carpets, bathroom dirty still had the old soap from last stay. Gym was dirty and not mats, towels or cleaning supplies accept paper towel. Bit disappointing for $150 per night. Also right on the railroad tracks with constant train activity

Almost everything was super clean, if fairly old, except the blackout curtains soon as you touched them you could smell dust. Its also directly beside a train track which though quieter than i thought was still enough to wake us up a few times, though not bad enough to keep us up. All in all though i really enjoyed how clean everything was, and it was a comfortable pleasant stay!

The desk was chipped and old . It was soooo loud .. I was prepared for traffic noise but there was loud construction going on at 1:30 in the morning.. add in the train .. I hardly slept

The pet friendly hallway and room we stayed smelled horribly of urine, for $200/night I would expect the carpets to be cleaned and deodorized better. Glad we only stayed one night. Otherwise, the hotel and dining area were quite nice and the hotel is at a convenient location.

Room was massively dirty, sheets were super wrinkled and didn’t look clean, homeless people outside early morning felt unsafe, no dining at all in the morning and overpriced pub food in the evening, elevator barley worked. Would not stay here ever again.

Stayed in a dog friendly room. Rooms are very old and have a dirty feel to them. Bathroom door was permanently yellow, ceiling had a hole cut in it for the sprinkler to come out. Also, no ventilation in the bathroom which does not help. The front entrance to the hotel is very nice.

I was blown away at the quality check in process, the front desk staff are clear and knowledgeable, Ive stayed in hotels 3 nights every week for almost 10 years and the sawridge staff take first place. This place is just great I will be returning for my stays in Edmonton from now on! And the facilities on site are excellent, you won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Property was nice, quiet hotel. Could use an upgrade with the bed, there was a dip in the bed and felt it was well used. Also there was only 3 pillows on a king size bed which was a struggle.

I feel kinda catfished! Pictures are lovely. Foyer and bar area is beautiful. I thought maybe my room was originally a 1980s motel that they just built around. Ripped carpet. Water stains on roof. Bashed corners of walls. Loud music played by cars sitting in front of at 2.20am, people fighting and smoking pot outside my ground floor window at 5:40am. Front desk lady wanted to be anywhere but there. The bar staff was as you would expect. Nice and courteous Can’t say I will be back.

Business Trip, room carpet was filthy, sticky in a lot of areas, no soap in room, one face cloth for two people, air conditioning didn’t work and room service didn’t come for second night so we had to request service. The room only had a stand up shower vs a tub which should have been told up front.

Overall it’s not the worst but when me and my fiance checked in I was told breakfast was included in my stay when we went to go have our breakfast the next morning we we’re then informed that Breakfast wasn’t included so there would be an extra charge, this is not a big deal however to be told one thing seems to me that there was a lack of communication between the managers and the resr of the staff
