« Great view over the Summit slopes. Lovely renovated room. The meals were excellent. Almost all staff were very friendly, even the foreign staff who were trying hard with their English. Negatives...the stairs! We were on the 5th floor from the entrance, which was a big ask for 60+ year old guests, especially after skiing. We had help with our suitcases though, which was great. « Property is run down and unclean. We were booked for 4 nights and left after 2. It was booked to celebrate a special moment and was terribly disappointing. Would not stay again. Would not recommend. The only positive part of the resort was the staff. They were more then amazing. »
