« With two master suites for each set of parents, and plenty of beds and rooms for the kids it was perfect. Josh and Merinda were very communicative the whole weekend. They were quick to respond with any questions I might have had and were able to help with an early check in so we can get to our soccer games on time. We would definitely recommend this place and if we come back for another tournament we will try and stay again if it’s not booked already. »

« Great house for large groups. Large number of beds, gathering spots, well appointed kitchen and lots to do at the house for all ages (basketball, corn hole, Wii, TV, board games, etc.) New hot tub was a big hit on a cold weekend. Easy drive to Kyle Field and back. Just be aware the train is close, so bring a sound machine if that bothers you. It didn't impact our enjoyment of the property and we would stay there again when our entire family (ages 3 to 77) is in B-CS. »

« Great secluded location with beautiful view and swimming pool. If you like country living this is the place for you. Commercial ice maker in garage is a nice touch. Two small observations: Bed count seems off, which did not make any difference to our group because we were smaller and kitchen could use a little better cooking pots, pans and utensils. If you are not used to living or staying in the county the hot water has an odor. Not an issue as it it just the water reacting to the anodes in...
