"I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff were as pleasant, engaging, accommodating and friendly as the staff at this hotel. Honestly it felt more like family than hotel staff. The room was spacious and clean and the location was near to things in the area we needed."
"The room and stay was great.
Breakfast in the restaurant was terrible… but they were happy to fix it. Lots of other dining options in the area.
I’ll definitely stay again but will avoid the restaurant ..for breakfast anyhow. "

"This is my go-to hotel when traveling to Vancouver. It is conveniently located in downtown Vancouver, within easy walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Public transit is also easy to access, so getting around the city is convenient.
The price is great and all the basics are covered. There is a lovely rooftop patio and a couple of kitchens, so you have the option of preparing your own food if desired, and enjoying it with a view of the city!

"Walking distance to Night Market. About 5 min dr to Yaohan Center market which so convenient. Easy drive to Vancouver. Really like the indoor pool, gym and hot tub. Lots of kids in the pool having fun with family. Missed some good shows they have; I will check schedule next time.
Also, they have Starbucks which is nice. "
