"This apartment is in a perfect location and the pictures are exactly what you get. There are 2 very large bedrooms with 2 good sized baths. We were greeted with a great bottle of wine, which was so appreciated after our long travels (Thank you Daan!) We had an issue with no hot water and a broken hair dryer (which we were alerted to by Daan). The hot water was fixed relatively quickly (needed a new part), and the hair dryer was replaced that same day. Later in our stay, the heat stopped...

"Who wouldn’t want to stay in a real houseboat in Amsterdam….seriously? We so enjoyed our stay there. Out your living room window were all kinds of ducks swimming by. Nature is all around you. "Mario was the best host; so easy to communicate with and genuinely kind. We appreciate his responsiveness and the laundry service. The apartment is large, comfortable for 6 people (we had 5). There is not a lift and the stairs can be challenging if you are above floor 2. The apartment is well stocked and furnished. Location is great; right in the heart of De Wallen. We would stay here again for sure. "

"A fantastic hotel! Great location, reasonably priced. Comfortable rooms, exceptional (included) breakfast. Great coffee. The only slight glitch was the power went out in my room. I was immediately moved to another (even nicer) room so it was no major inconvenience. I would stay again for sure."
